August 9, 200520 yr If I have a scenery installed can I change (replace) the Scenery and Texture sub-directories without doing anything else? The scenery is already registered, meaning I've started FS9 and selected that scenery and restarted, so FS9 knows about that directory and there is an entry in my scenery.cfg. Thx!rgds, billg
August 9, 200520 yr If I understand your question correctly then yes. I assume you mean to add to or replace files that already exist in that scenery. You have to restart FS9 for the changes to show up and FS9 will always show a message when it starts up after such changes are made to a scenery folder, but I don't think that would be the case with textures as long as they are set up to work properly with their scenery area.
