P3D v2.5 not responding in certain scenery

Hello

 

I need a help. Every time when the aircraft is at 31NM far away on route to KINAI , the P3D will not respond definitely. I fly with PMDG777 from LAX to PVG. It seems the P3D get into an infinite loop at that point. The problem has stopped P3D from interacting with WIN7 system. Could you give me a help. Any help greatly appreciated!
