New GPU for P3D v3: what do I have to think about?

The coming week I will be testing a GTX 980 Ti (as a possible replacement for my GTX 780) in Prepar3d v3 but I was wondering what I have to think about before testing the card:

 

- can I simply replace the card and that's it or do I have to reinstall the nVidia driver in Windows 10 64 bit (last week I installed the latest one)?

 

- do I have to empty the shaders folder?

 

- can I keep the current P3D.cfg or should I create a new one?

 

Any other things I have to think about...?
