Clouds Beneath Disappear once at a certain altitiude

Hi everyone

 

Im having a Problem with my FSX. When I takeoff the clouds are there in the sky and they look real good and everything. But once i takeoff and climb up through the clouds and go above them, They all just disappear, even when I have major thunderstorms and overcast weather.

 

At first I thought it was FS Global Real Weather. So i uninstalled it. But still the clouds disappear.

 

Could someone help me out?
