Unable to get regional weather FS9 AV.6.5

  I am using ASV6.5 with FS9, I am having difficulty as when I start the flight AS keeps updating the weather every few minutes using the Airport that the flight started at.  Which setting do I need to change to make AS  use the weather at any point in the flight. Any help would be appreciated.
