737NG Engines Shut down when joining Multiplayer session

I start FS9, select the PMDG 737NG-600, go to the airport of choice, the engines are running. I then connect to a multiplayer session. However, after I am connected to the multiplyer session, the engines either shout down, or the throttle levers are out of synic. When I move the throttle lever on the joy stick, only the left throttle lever moves.I find that I have to select the default Boeing 737, which has the engines running, and the throttles in syinc. I then swithch back to the PMDG, and then most of the time everyting is OK. The engines are on and the throttle lever are in syinc.I cannot use Ctrl+E to start the engines while in the multiplayer session since I use the Ctrl +E key to speak (Teamspeak). Holding down the Ctrl key opens my mike and screws up the other players in the session.Is this something that can be corrected, and if so how? Is this something that I must live with because I am using a complex add on aircraft in a multiplayer session?ThanksStanner
