Entry-fields runs full with '0' - can't enter anything

Hello my fellow-simmers,

using W10 for quite a while now without any problems to date, but now the following occurs

after start of W10 the above happens once in a while and I have no clue what triggers it and how to get rid of it, other than shutting down.

I use FSX-SE together with MCE and VoxATC and have selected English as the  OS/Language and use a german keyboard layout, but I'm aware of the ANSI keyboard logic.

Antivir and others state the compi is ok.

Can somebody help me with that
