PrecipitFX installaltion problem

Hi All

After having PrecipitFx installed in p3d v2 and uninstalling and trying to install it in p3d v3, i keep getting and installation error.

michael from oldprop is trying to help, but  im just wondering if anyone had a similar problem.

it seems like the problem is dot net framework and internet explorer. i have installed the latest version of dot net framework.
