Switches are inoperable

Hello guys! I purchased my 747-400X through aerosoft last month. I succeeded to fly the aircraft once. However, after that flight, I cannot enter it again because of the .dll problems. I went to the PMDG Knowledge Base and successfully fixed the .dll problems and I can finally enter the plane. However, almost all the switches are inoperable (Except the yoke, throttle and the parking brake) Also, the PMDG Settings menu in the add-ons bar of FSX disappeared. My OS is Windows 10 home edition. I know PMDG does not guarantee Windows 10 compatibility on the 747, but I really want to fly it! (Don't want to waste the money) Do we have any solutions to this? Thank you everyone in advance!
