Random Wind Applet?

I am using FS9 in conjunction with my actual FFA Flight Training to practice approaches and takeoffs at various wind speeds and directions, gust factors, shear altitudes, etc. Does anyone know of an applet that could generate random choices in these areas. Currently I have to go into Settings and manually change all these parameters.If such a mechanism does not exist it would be most useful to me and I expect others if someone much more knowledgable than me in programming would care to tackle such a project.Any replies or feedback would be appreciated.Craig R
