FSX SP2 REQUIRED

I have a new PC with windows 10

I am loading all of my simulator FSX and addons programs (apps)

I have vox atc version 6.2

When I start the install of  vox atc version 6.2I get the message " FSX service pack two is required do you wish to download it?"

But fsx is installed an definitely  has SP2 installed I actually  followed the instruction downloaded and tried to install only to get the message that SP2 is already installed.

I cannot get past the message  " FSX service pack two is required do you wish to download it?"

Any Ideas anyone?
