Planning to start a Charter VA

Hi,

I am new to posting on this forum I have been playing flight simulator for quiet sometime now. I have been thinking about an idea in regards to a Charter VA and I was hoping if I can get some input from experienced VA owners and other FS aviators around here ;-)

Basically, I want to mirror operations as close as  possible how charter services work in real life. The original idea is to develop a VA that has more engaged community rather than pilots who just log on and file PIREP. I am planning to start a middle-east based Charter Airline with Hub at either OMDB (Dubai Intl Airport) or at OMSJ (Sharjah Intl Airport). I am not in a hurry to launch this project as I don't want it to be a failure, I am doing some brain storming right now. 

I know developing a website from scratch is probably the best thing to do but honestly I am not that good with web developing so the options that I am considering right now are to use of these two systems:

- Phpvms

- Virtual Airline Manager

I would like to know how you guys rate these systems?

Also, if anyone has any  ideas that can help me develop a world class charter VA I will welcome your suggestions.
