Problem with 2 graphic cards, any solution?

Hi, I usually use a graphics card gtx 980 as principal and intel that contains the microprocessor as secondary, with P3D if I have both connected closes me and generates error, if I turn off the intel works perfectly. I want to use the intel to run low-power applications such as video player or a TV tuner, while doing long-haul flights.
Is there any way to give solution and have both connected graphics cards?
