need help please with missing defualt texture

appreciate some help please,

I installed ORBX GLOBAL and FTX Global Vector, I had to uninstall them as per instruction's cos I was not that happy with it, I restored the texture files from backup and now when I start p3d and look at the map I found out that some part of default terrain texture are missing, I tried to repair the scenery from add/del but still the same. is there a way to repair, restore this without uninstalling and reinstalling p3d.
