Interfacing to IFLY 737 in FS9

Can anyone offer advice for this project?

 

I am interested in purchasing the FS2004 IFLY 737, but as I intend to make a panel with all rotary encoders, switches and buttons, I need to know if this can be interfaced to FS2004.

 

The controls would be nav, comms, selector switches for switching between screens, AP controls etc.

 

If so how would this be done, i.e. Arduino or Bodnar Unit through FSUIPC or some other method.

 

I have contacted the IFLY company but they are unable to assist and I can't even post on the FSUIPC site.
