loading vehicle problem

Hello,

 

I have the following problem, when i load P3DV3 i get this pop up window text:

 

Vehicle initialization has failled, you will now be placed in visualization mode only.

 

 

So i can not load any standard aircraft or not my PMDG !

 

How can i fix this ?
