Hi Drew, One of the 'favourites' you can select in FE is Holger Sandmann's choice of textures. For me, this combination is a great place to start if you're looking for realistic settings. Cheers,N.

Drew,Curious what you think about Active Sky wxRE and Flight Environment. I am thinking about buying the Active Sky product for FS9 because I hate the way FS9 messes up the layering especially when you are under overcast than when you reach a specific altitude, the overcast below you is gone! There should still be a cloud layer. I am hoping that ActiveSky will fix this and more especially using the online weather updates. How does Flight Environment work with ActiveSky together? Do they work together?Looking for your feedback.Thanks.John

Hi John,Thanks for your interest!1. Overcast was fixed a fairly long time ago with AS2004.2. FE and ASVE work great together. You use FE for your textures and then ASVE for your weather.3. Please do not purchase wxRE. That was designed for FS2002. You can only purchase ASVE from SimMarket.com or directly from our website.Hope this helps,JimActiveSky Sales and Supporthttp://www.hifisim.com/images/asv_dev_team.jpg http://www.hifisim.com/images/asv_proud_supporter.jpg
