Hi All

Sorry if this has been asked before but i keep getting a problem.

 

VOXATC tells me to descend to FL200, then tells me cleared to follow TIMBA4B arrival for Gatwick.  I have tried a couple of time with the following.  Start the descend once on the star i believe down to 160 and so on by reducing altitude to match star on FMC, but voxatc tells me to climb to FL200 and then does not descend me so i fly over airport at FL200.  The other way is i just stay at altitude and wait for descend procedures but does not happen.

 

Please any help would be gratefull.
