I've got the auto pilot altitude and directional controls working very nicely on this aircraft but can't for the life of me work out how to get the CRS knob to operate. 

 

The wheel turns but it  makes no adjustment to the flight display

 

Could someone please advise me what I'm missing here.

 

I want to persevere with it because it is a lovely aircraft and a real delight to fly.

PS - What does peeve me is Carenado offered no manual with this quite sophisticated aircraft.
