Textures not blending in P3D

Hey all, 

For some reason my textures are not blending very well as you can see in the picture below, this is not confined to just aircraft lights as seen in the picture but to all textures, you can just see it better on lights and when looking at the sky. Anyone have any ideas on how to fix it?
