FS Global Real Weather doesn't recognize P3D

Hello forummembers,

 

Yesterday I bought FS Global Real Weather as download.

I did install it.

When I run P3D and start FS Global Real Weather the next problems arise:

 

1st I get the following mesage The connection to your flight simulator could not be established.

Please make sure that it is running and then try again.

 

2nd. I can't open the box Help in  FS Global Real Weather

 

3rd I can't open the box Tools in  FS Global Real Weather

 

I mentioned it to the seller (Fly2 pilots.com) but they told me it is a problem of P3D.

 

I downloaded P3D again and installed it on a separate disk. But the problem is still there.

 

I hope someone can help me with this item.
