Hello everyone,

 

I've been attempting to use Ray Smith's Anchorage Int'l AFCAD and the ILS for 7R cannot be assigned by ATC, only 7L.  The localizer and glideslope for 7R are usable.  Any clue as to what could be causing this?  I'm not an expert at AFCAD or scenery design.
