P3D v3.4.9 Does Not Open - Interface not Usable

Im using P3d v3.4.9 and I have all the latest Simmconnects installed, but there is this problem when I open the .exe, it opens for a brief second in which the interface is completely not usable and it closes and opens and closes and it just repeats this process until you are forced to restart your PC. Is anyone else having this? Does anyone know a fix for this?
