help setting well chaseplane

hello, I have a problem that the camera outside can not create when therefore selected the outside because it gives me a view from the sky, and continues to move my camera with ChasePlane and algien could

 

make a tutorial or send one for more or less set the chaseplane well please thanks  :fool:
