AI Aardvark models

Featured Replies

To all Ai-lovers,just a stupid question.I love the models (and repaints) of Aarvark. So far, I have found quite some base models and repaints to liven up my virtual skies. However, I'm still looking for a base model for the B727-100 and 200.Repaints I find plenty but I just can't find the base model. It's a pity that those base models cannot be downloaded from the Aardvark homepage..Is there anybody who can point me in the right direction?thanksLuc 'Glaudrung' Brusselmans

Luc,Just download the paintkit. It's here on AVSIM, file "aia721pk.zip" It's also listed on Aardvarks site at the top of the B727-100 list. Clicking on it will take you to the file on AVSIM.Don

Don,Thanks for the tip. Just a thought though. Is it correct that there is no soundfolder present for the Aardvark models?I have noticed that in other models there's a soundfolder. Most of the time it just points to a default sound.Or do I need to ad one?I'm asking because I am not to keen on tampering with a 40 Gb installation of Flightsimulator. Re-installing would cost me three full days (with all the patches and addon's) and I surely want to avoid messing things up.Luc 'Glaudrung' Brusselmans

You don't need a sound folder unless you are going to fly the aircraft yourself. AI aircraft don't use the sounds in the sound folder, they use sounds that are situated in the main fs9 sound folder. Btw, there are replacements for these sounds in the library if you find them too weak.-
