Saitek Pro Flight Throttle Quadrant not recognizing throttles in a/c

For some reason the throttle quadrant stopped recognizing the throttles in my sim aircraft (payware and default). I'm running P3D v3.4 and I have the throttle connected to my Pro Flight Yoke System. The yoke, rudder pedals and switch panels work fine, however the throttle is the only thing causing issues. I tried to install the latest drivers but it requires that I plug in a USB which I don't have for the quadrant.
