Flacon 4.0 Allied Force?

Featured Replies

Hey sorry guys I am aware that this is the wrong forum, my appologies! I was just wondering if anyone has Falcon 4.0 Allied Force? I had the origional Flacon 4.0 and loved it appart from the fact that none of the side consoles were modeled.Anyone know if in Allied Force the systems are simulated (Engine starting, electrics, fuel, flaps and trim, oxygen, anti ice, INS/avionics etc). I'm talking about all this stuff: http://www.meriweather.com/16/16-left.html#tophttp://www.meriweather.com/16/16-right.htmlThanks.

I own the old Falcon 4.0. I've seen the new one only briefly, and from what I could tell, it's the same thing only with better graphics, AI logic, missions etc. But from the aircraft system, I didn't see many new things.Sorry that I can't be of more help.

Yes, the systems are simulated. Both side panels are modeled and simulated. I think the left is modeled as 2 sub panels and if I remember all switches are modeled, as well as switches on right panel too. I haven't played it for months but do remember that just starting it up took me a little while, if I could get it started up. The manual is thick and a must read; I think I put it on the back burner a while ago because I did not have the time/patience to learn all the systems operations at this time. Matt

INS takes about 8 minutes to warm up. The whole "Ramp Start": sequence takes a bit of time so you could be late participating in a mission.Couple links for ya:http://forums.frugalsworld.com/vbb/forumdisplay.php?f=73http://www.simhq.com/simhq3/sims/boards/bb...ubb=forum;f=140I only wish F4AF had graphics ala LOMAC and the FS9 weather engine.
