Updating navaids data

I recently bought the TBM 850 and really like flying it. 

I however notice that the data in the G1000 is really outdated and is missing a lot of information. I'm always planning my route using Plan G which is using the FSX database. It often happens that the G1000 does not recognize a VOR I'm trying to enter. 

I also have a navigraph subscription but that does not seem to work for the TBM 850. 

 

Is there a way to update the data?
