AS16 not opening in FSX win7

I have an AS16 shortcut on my taskbar. I used it during a flight to look at the map, then I closed it.

After that my two shortcuts, the one on the taskbar and the one on the desktop, stopped working. Now, I cannot even open the program with AS16.exe. The only way to revive AS16 is to restart the whole computer.

Problem solved. Another shortcut hidden within the customize icon panel opens the program.
