Can anybody tell me why FS9 runs MUCH faster on win2000than XP.I have win 2000 pro and XP installed on different driveswith one copy of Flightsim 9 installed on an even differentdrive.The video card {Nvidia fs 5600} is setup exactly the sameon both systems. With PMDG 737-800 at Seattle on the groundwin2000 runs at 24 FPS and XP runs at 11.5 fps.Flying past seattle at 2300Ft win2000 runs at 25 FPS andXP runs at 13.5.

Edit your MS config file before startup or download FS Autostart and use the XP controls to their fullest and FS9 will wizzzzzzzzzzzz.XP pulls more reaources than 2000.Jim
