Two screen problem

Hi All

            i use two monitors for my flying, my second monitor is just used to show things like active sky, flight plans and vas monitor software the problem i am having if i click on to my second screen then back to my main screen which shows my flight sim none of the switches or knobs work.

 

Not sure if this is a little bug or if i may have missed something.
