Objectflow in DLL.XML

After reviewing several other posts on P3D hang and CTD issues and looking at my DLL.XML file, I have a dumb question.  I only have FTX Global Base and Vector installed, along with ORBX Libraries, but I have no object flow module in my DLL.XML file.  Shouldn't there be one?  I went there to see if it was disabled and realized it's not even there.  I have not yet installed any regions or airports (rebuilding after a fresh Windows install).  Thanks!
