Problems with 737 PIC Evolution Deluxe virtual cockpit

I recently purchased and installed Wilco's 737 PIC Evolution Deluxe on my PC running windows 7 64-bit with FSX  Deluxe acceleration. Everything works fine in the 2D cockpit; however most of the control knobs and switches DO NOT work in the virtual cockpit. I contacted Wilco's support several weeks ago but no response. Can anyone help?

I figured out the issue. In the virtual cockpit, ONLY the mouse wheel can be used to tune the knobs ( speed, heading, altitude, etc).
