Help on Richard Probst 732 panel

Featured Replies

Hello,I'm looking for information about this panel. I am unable to obtain a rate of descent by using the pitch control. Is there somebody who knows how to use the pitch control command to obtain a rate of descent of 1000 f/m by exemple?Which mode I have to use A or B?ThanksMartin

Hi Martin,It doesn't matter whether you choose A or B (this refers to hydraulic system) - you're not going to get it to maintain a particular rate of descent. The pitch mode on the Sperry 77 autopilot on a 737-200 only controls pitch ANGLE, not the rate. This is exactly as in real life 737-200 autopilot, which is simulated very truthfully by Richard Probst in his (sadly) discontinued 737-200. There are some rumours of a forthcoming commercial release 737-200 over at Flight 1. Aren't we all waiting with baited breath!!Cheers - Eivind

Hi,I have the following sound problem with Richards Panel:Richard P. included panel sounds for the 732 but it seems that you can hear just the panel sounds or the engine sounds, but not both together. Has someone the same problem? Pilots, hearing the panel sounds and the engine sounds: would you please post the Panel.cfg and the Aircraft.cfg in this thread.Thank you.J
