Activesky2016 FSX static audio crackling sound

Hi,

I Have Active Sky 2016 version 6255 i am getting static crackling audio sound  every 4 to 5 secs 
Regular weather that came with FSX  steam Edition the problem went away.

1]updated to latest version of Fsuipc Version 4.964
2]rebuild fsx.cfg
3]update audio driver
4]reinstalled simconnect

DPC latency checker show high  Latency with Activesky 2016 and with audio static popping and crackling noise its very annoying with headset on.
