Middle mouse button issues! Please reply if possible solution!

So hopefully you guys are seeing this. I have this issue and I know its a known issue. Its when you use the middle mouse button to look around, the mouse appears on the bottom of the screen. Its extremely annoying and is causing some issues. I'm wondering when will this be fixed? And also I was trying to look for a solution simply by unchecking hide middle mouse button. But I cant seem to find that. If you guys have any solutions to my issue or any answers please reply!
