Go Flight support?

Does anyone know what is with the lack of support from this company? Are they just busy? I don't want to start flaming or anything wackky if there is some good reason for them not responding. But it seems that the MCP-PRO that they just released isn't quite up to snuff. At least for me it isn't. Has anyone purchased this? I would think updates are forth-coming but I don't know seeing that their website states that it is already compatible w/ Project Magenta. Nothing could be further from the truth. I can send it back according to the company that sold it to me but I was hoping that Go-Flight might help a little. Does anybody know something that I don't. Thank you. Kev
