Pan stuck to mouse (even when option turned off)

Hi,

This bug usually happens shortly after pressing the button to create a new preset in the chaseplane UI, but sometimes it happens from startup. The cursor is gone (when tabbed into P3D), and the pan moves with the mouse (even though sticky mouse is disabled in all my views)
