Slow Transition Speed | Changing Views

Sorry if this is a silly question but I would like to slow the transition speed between views.

1. Custom views I have setup externally going from one side of an aircraft to the other as an example.

2. Changing internal views (presets)

3. Panning left and right using my hat switch on my joystick.
