Hi everybody!

I'm building a new PC for flight simulation (FSX, P3D, and X-Plane 11): i7-7700K, GTX1080.
In your opinion, which monitor will be the best? I hesitate between these ones:
Asus PG278QR (TN), Dell S2716DG (TN), Acer XB271HUA (TN)
Asus PG279Q (IPS), Acer XB271HU (IPS), ViewSonic (IPS).

TN or IPS? Do G-Sync and a high-level refresh rate (144-165 Hz) improve the visuals? 

I will also use the monitor for work (Word, Excel, some development...). It will be on everyday for about 8-10 hours.

Another question: Does a 4K 28'' monitor improve significantly the visuals? Meaning that 28'' 4K have a standard 60Hz refresh rate. Comparing to a 27'' 144-165Hz, what is the best choice?
