Those of you have a C-130: Realistic routes?

Featured Replies

Hello friends :)Just wanted to ask those of you who have C-130s in your FS9 fleet: is there someplace that you can find realistic routes? I know its a silly question since these planes are all military but I had to ask since I've been bitten by the "fly-a-real-world-route" bug :(Sometime back someone mentioned a real route flown by USCG SAR Hercs was wondering if anyone knew of any more for the other versions of the airplane. I guess most of them trundle up and down ferrying stuff between AFBs?Many thanks :)

Here's the places I've been in the C-130, will give you an idea of where to fly.Little Rock AFB-Ft. Polk, LALittle Rock AFB-Pope AFB, NCLittle Rock AFB-Ft. Benning, GALittle Rock AFB-Ft. Campbell, KYLittle Rock AFB-Nellis AFB, NVLittle Rock AFB-Colorado Springs, COJust a sample of places for training. For cargo carrying missions, a sample:Little Rock AFB, Norfolk NAS, VALittle Rock AFB, St. John's, NFLittle Rock AFB, Missoula, MTLittle Rock AFB, Scott AFB, MOLittle Rock AFB, Ft. Bliss, TXLittle Rock AFB, The AzoresLittle Rock AFB, Keflavik AS, IcelandLittle Rock AFB, San Juan, PRLittle Rock AFB, Panama City, PanamaLittle Rock AFB, Key West, FLJust a sampling of the types of places we'd go, as you can see, they're pretty varied. Just sets the example that there really isn't any place the -130 won't go, I'd just set up your own custom missions and have fun.

Thanx Lobaeux4! Appreciate the reply! Will check out those routes and yes you are right: with a C130 I guess you can go anyplace :)
