Addon Freeware Scenery issues

Hi,

I am having major difficulty with adding freeware sceneries on my P3D. My latest two issues is LTBS (by sanalpilot) who has a black cover over the runway and LGSA (from avsim) where the scenery is just crazy! 

Can anyone help me please!
