Abacus EZ-GPS

My problem with the subject matter is failure to obtain a response after many attempts, and not locating a forum as the means to an end.The following is my last 'E' mail request for help.I would appreciate your comments. "I am hoping that communications will improve with this request, this being the forth attempt to obtain assistance. I have run EZ-GPS in the DEMO version with no problems, very impressed. I have purchased and registered the product and now have a problem. In FS9 I have 10 Flight Plans which are shown to be located in -----C:Documents and Settings UserMy DocumentsFlight Simulator Files. These are all selectable and useable flight plans. However, when one of these plans are selected for use with EZ-GPS and RTE is clicked to display my flight plans there is a blank screen. All buttons are functioning with limited information, in other words everything apart from listing flight plans. I hope you can help, Regards Danny. PS.I note that in your instructions you state that FS flight Plans are located in "..My DocumentsFlight Simulator Files"folder of the currently logged on user. This does not match the file routing indicated in my flight plan saved files
