Hi all,

I'm having an issue with my QOTSII. When I input information for a flight to LLBG (Ben Gurion) I receive an error saying runway 3 has no SIDs or STARs. And when I go to plan an arrival in the FMS it says there are no RWYS, SIDS, or STARS for the entire airport. 

In case you are wondering I do have Airac cycle 1702 installed
