July 19, 20178 yr In what has been a banner year for VATSTAR, I am proud to announce another milestone. We have handed out our 500th certification! Rob Shearman, our Chief Flight Instructor, has notified our CEO Alex Caballero and myself that Dave Seminchuk has been given the 500th certification given by VATSTAR. This comes on the heels of our 2nd anniversary and we couldn't be more excited of what we have been able to accomplish in those two short years. We still have the distinction of being the only standalone ATO on the VATSIM network to offer the P1 through P5 ratings; our CFI Rob Shearman is a pivotal part of working towards the Oceanic certification; the opening of our European division; continuing to bring new and experienced pilots to the PC pilot world; and our continued effort to bring on new partnerships with VA's and ARTCCS.
