das8 100-300 control problem/view troubles

I downloaded a plane from another site and the bmp files for the different views ie left,right,back are included but for some reason are not used so when I rotate me hat switch in whatever direction I see the the runway instead of the runway from the right window for example. I am useing the default view not virtual cockpit. How and which file do I change so the correct bmp files are used?I also have a dash8 100 and 300 that when I take off the nose jams 45 degrees nose up whether AP is engaged or not and the plane rolls inverted and eventually crashes. The problem is somehow related to the aircraft.cfg file how can I fix this.
