FS2002 - 747-400

I have only just bought this amazing title. I have built up moderate skills with FU3's BeechJet and am having trouble finding literature for the 747-400 operations. I've downloaded loads of manuals and checklists but am looking for a tutorial that goes in to detail about everything on the panel and what it does. Especially the GPS and navigation screens. I'm also having trouble with the Autopilot. If I select an altitude setting with the autothrottle armed should the aircraft aim for this position on its own because its doesn't. Like its ignoring the command! Also when tracking the localizer and glidescope and selecting the APR Hold tab the aircraft sometimes banks steeply away from the runway threashold causing the localizer to go off course. This is very different from the BeechJet so its confusing! Any links to the operating of this aircraft would be great.Thanks,Jamie
