On a short VFR flight from CYSJ to KBGR all appeared normal. As I approached KBGR it was becoming darker so switched on my Panel Lights using my Saitek Switch Panel. This resulted in the flight freezing up and while Task Manager showed P3D V3 still running I was unable to continue my flight.

 

Has me beat. Any suggestions?
