1) I cannot bring the tool bar up without pressing ALT key. In the views menu it is greyed out. Can anyone help?2) I have had to reload PMDG 737 NG. I cannot bring the tool bar up at all. Pressing the alt key has no effect other than pausing the simulation. Pressing P doesn't help either - I have to exit.Any advice please?
