FTX Centeral placing Scenery at bottom of Library

Ive just found that all my orbx scenery is being placed at the bottom of my scenery Library in p3d V4. causing errors with a lot of the scenery. How can i get them all to the top? I looked at my settings in FTX central and they are apparently set to go to the top but even after reinstalling every addon they are still being placed at the bottom. How can i fix this?
